The very first Tiny Office was made to suit our own needs and to improve our ability to work close to our clients. Now, we want you to be able to do the same. How about letting us build a unique Tiny Office, whether you need a sales trailer, mobile bar, production office or anything else – for sporting events, festivals or fair trades…

Driving a trailer is not difficult. and you will undoubtedly attract a lot of attention.

A few things to keep in mind when driving a trailer:

Your Tiny Office will be installed on a new trailer with double axle. It will be so light that it can be transported behind a car driven by a person with an ordinary driving licence. We build and furnish the Tiny office so that the weight is evenly distributed, but we recommend for larger wagons to buy a anti-sway coupler.

At first we discuss your ideas and your budget for this. Then we make a drawing of your Tiny Office and discuss the details. Based on the final drawings we make you a detailed quotation and a delivery date.
Your Tiny Office will afterwards be built in our workshop in the city of Aarhus. A roadworthy trailer is used to build your Tiny office. Made by lightweight, environmentally friendly materials and clever design we will make you a cozy dwelling. Each Tiny Office is custom built, therefore, deficiencies will occur and improvements will be part of the agreement we enter into.

The Tiny Office will be finished after 6-10 weeks and will be delivered MOT tested.

The life expectancy is at least 5 years.

You need to bring a copy of the trailer registration certificate when driving in Denmark. Abroad, the original registration certificate must be brought.

Staying in the Tiny Office during transportation is not permitted.
Trailer wheels must be tightened and tire pressure checked regularly.

The general speed limits for driving with trailers in Denmark are:
80 km/h on motorways. 70 km/h on highways. 50 km/h within towns – check speed limit signs.

We produce very few Tiny Offices per year and they are therefore true performance art with a very significant history and unique expression. On delivery the whole process from idea to layout, construction and delivery will be documented in photos and videos. You as a customer have the right to use the material to market your business.

Office can be insured and it is recommended. Prices vary. Contact your insurance company to get a quote and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Tiny Office classify as a trailer and is approved by the Danish transport and Construction Agency. It can be towed by a family car – the total weight of car and trailer will be issued in the vehicle registration document. However, we are also building larger wagons that require a BE driver’s license. It is easy to acquire and you will be updated on traffic rules as well. It is recommended!

The registration certificate shows how much the vehicle can tow. Please note that rules in this area are constantly changing and it is your responsibility to keep up to date on the guidelines for towing a trailer. Check the current regulations at FDM.
